Service Description

Once you have started to work on your training and nutrition plans from me, you will no doubt have questions. So this call is ideal to have in your first week to answer all those questions. It is also a chance for me to add more detail to how i want you to follow the program and nutrition. The call time is set for 1 hr but may not take that long
